By accessing or using the WeGift3D website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Product Descriptions and Variations

We strive to ensure that all products are described as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM/SLA), minor variations in texture, layer lines, or color may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process that make each piece unique.

2. Custom Studio Intellectual Property

When you submit files, images, or designs via our Custom Studio, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to use those materials. WeGift3D assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringements related to customer-supplied designs. We reserve the right to decline any custom request that violates intellectual property laws or our ethical guidelines.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Custom project quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

4. Liability Limitation

WeGift3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
